(1) reference 6 on 92622/32 and (27) on this file

send copies of 29 and 36 to the Governor for obser-

vations;

(2) (since at 8 on 33756/34 the Governor asked for

a telegraphic reply), send a telegram reference that despatch, saying that the S. of S. proposes to await the Governor's reply to the despatch proposed in 1 before approving of the introduction of the bill

to Legislative Council.
